Q:How much shipping cost for Happyglow products?

A: After pick up your shopping items in to shopping cart, the shipping cost can be checked any time by viewing cart.

Q:How much for expedited service?

A: After select your items, for US nad Canada, please enter the zipcode/ postal code at viewing cart, the expedited services will present after updates the page. Please contact us to confirm the shipping time or for a quote for more possible shipping options, and pay the cost at here.

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

A: We will ship the order within one business day. Our shipping cut time is 2:00PM EST every business day. In near holidays or special seasons, we do ship at Saturday for USPS service.

Depending on the distance, it takes two to six days to transit within US 48 Contiguous States.

Q: How to place purchase order / international order at Happyglow glow products?

A: For purchase order, fax in your purchase order to 1-866-869-2018, our W-9 is downloadable at here.
For the shipment out of US 48 Contiguous States or other special requests, please place your order here.
For expedited service or ship to Canada, enter your postal code / zip code at shopping cart for more shipping options.
For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO, please enter your zip code here and select shipping options other than "US 48 states Ground Shipping".
For other international , please contact us for a quote, and pay the shipping cost at special shipping payment page.
For international shipping, there may be a charge of custom fee, local tax etc. e.g. HST/GST at Canada at delivery point. Please contact your local carrier office for such details. Happyglow Co. has no response for such cost.

Q: What about the quality of Happyglow glow products?

A: All of Happyglow products are fresh from top manufacturer with the premium quality.

Q: How about the safety of Happyglow glow products?

A: All Happyglow chemical glow products are made with non-toxic chemicals sealed in plastic tube. Mild irritation can be caused if the such chemical contacts with the eyes or skin. In this unlikely case, rinse the affected area with massive water.
Glow products are non-flammable, non- explosive, and no heat generated in the process.

Q: What is return/refund policy?

A: All shipments should be checked IMMEDIATELY upon arrival for possible damage or shortage. Losses should be reported within 3 business days to us using our contact us form. For damaged packages please DO NOT return or discard the box or the items. You should keep the damaged goods and the box they were shipped in, as the shipper may want to have the package inspected. If the box or items are not available for inspection the claim may be denied.

Due to the nature of glow product, it is your responsibility to purchase enough goods to allow for some defective or damaged product. Defects will not be honored after 10 days from receipt of merchandise. We reserve the right to request that all defective merchandise be sent back to Happyglow. DO NOT return any merchandise without first getting a Return Authorization number. Merchandise that has been used (for display, sold or actived, etc.) or broken is not considered defective and credit will not be given for these items when returned. Due to the nature of color in our glow product, red is relatively less bright than the other colors. We don't consider this as defects.

Should you require replacement products on exchanged or defective items prior to your claim being processed, you must place a separate order and be responsible for the charges on that order until we receive the items back. At that time you will be credited for the second order.

If you need to return unused product, you will be charged a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the returned product that Happyglow determines to be usable. Any exchange will be considered as canceling previous order and place a new order. There will be no credit issued for product that is damaged in return shipment due to insufficient packaging. Also, you must pay for the return shipment.

Happyglow is not responsible for late delivery due to weather or any other uncontrollable condition. No shipping cost will be refunded in above condition.

All sales on the close out are considered final. No returns will be accepted. No credits will be offered for defective product.

Happyglow is not responsible for any damages that may be caused to your personal property/items. Happyglow does not accept returns on custom orders. Once custom jobs are approved and customized we cannot accept return or cancellation of your order. Please note that the images on our website may not always accurately reflect the size, color, or style of the specific product that they represent. The actual product may or may not glow/light to the degree that it appears to in our images.
