THE SCIENCE
How it works, and what it costs you.
Zepbound is brand-name tirzepatide from Lilly, a once-weekly injection FDA-approved for chronic weight management. It activates two gut-hormone receptors (GLP-1 and GIP) that curb appetite, slow digestion and steady blood sugar. Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and constipation are common early and usually ease as the dose steps up. Your physician prescribes it and manages your dose; you buy it from LillyDirect.
