THE SCIENCE
How it works, and what it costs you.
Foundayo is orforglipron from Lilly, a once-daily GLP-1 pill. Unlike semaglutide, orforglipron is not a peptide, so it is made to be absorbed as a pill without strict empty-stomach timing; follow the label. Like other GLP-1 medicines it curbs appetite and slows digestion, and nausea and other GI effects are common early. Your physician prescribes it and manages your dose; you buy it from LillyDirect.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Still deciding between strengths, or between this and another protocol?
Take the 60-second quizAm I eligible?
Eligibility is a clinical decision. After you check out, you'll complete a medical intake; a US-licensed physician reviews it and determines whether this protocol is appropriate for you. If it isn't, the hold on your card is released and you're not charged.
Is this the brand-name medication?
Yes. Foundayo is the brand-name, FDA-approved medication made by Lilly. It is not compounded. Your physician decides whether it is right for you.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Your physician, your prescription, dose adjustments and check-ins. It does not include the medication itself.
How do I get the medication?
Your physician sends your prescription to LillyDirect, Lilly's own pharmacy. You pay them directly at their self-pay price and they ship it to you. Happyglow does not charge you for the medication.
I already take it. Which dose do I pick?
Choose your current dose. New to it? Choose the starting dose. Your physician confirms the right dose from your intake before anything is prescribed.
How do I take it?
One pill a day, as the label directs. Your physician starts you at a low dose and steps it up over time.
What side effects should I expect?
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and constipation are common early and usually ease as your body adjusts. Serious risks include pancreatitis and gallbladder problems. It is not for anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2, or who is pregnant or planning a pregnancy.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The care fee is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime from your account.
What if I'm not approved?
You're not charged. Checkout places a temporary hold on your card, and it's released if a physician doesn't approve your protocol. Where possible, your physician may suggest an alternative that fits your case.
What's included, and what's billed separately?
Your price covers your physician review, your prescription, messaging with your care team and, for most protocols, your medication and shipping from a US-licensed pharmacy. Brand-name GLP-1 care is the exception: you buy the medication from the manufacturer's own pharmacy. For isotretinoin, the required lab work (blood tests, and monthly pregnancy tests if you can become pregnant) is billed separately by the lab.
How quickly will it arrive?
Once a physician approves your protocol, the pharmacy prepares your prescription and ships it to you. Your dashboard shows the status and tracking at every step.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes, there's no lock-in. You can pause or cancel your protocol anytime from your dashboard before your next fulfilment.
